What is the Great Commission?

Jesus came according the Scripture and the prophecies that were written about Him in the Bible thousands of years before He came to earth. He lived a perfect life and was crucified and gave His life to pay for the sins of the world. God raised Him from the dead on the third day.

After being raised from the dead (the resurrection), He was among us for 40 days. During that period of time, and before ascending back to heaven to the right hand of God where He is now, He gave us specific instructions…

He gave us a mission to carry out until He returns.
He equipped us to carry that mission out successfully.
He told us what to do and how to do it.
